Crime Report August 05, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No 71/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on  05.08.2015 U/S 279,337 IPC on the  statement of Sh. Harpreet Singh S/o Sh. Mengha Singh R/o H.No 53, Kishangarh  Chandigarh, age 83 years alleging therein that he alongwith Gurvinder Singh, Rajesh Kumar, Adesh Kumar, Surinder Singh were reached at Dingadhar in Pick-Up No CH-03V-2094, suddnly driver Amrik Singh lost his control and above vehicle met with an accident & rolled down 10/12 feet from the road. In this accident, they sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 281/15 has been registered at PS Sadar on 04.08.2015 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narotam Ram S/o Sh. Gurdyan Singh R/o Village Lahardi, PO Rudhara, Tehsil Sadar, Distt. Mandi A/P Driver in HRTC Bus No. HP-63-6736, Unit No.-II, Shimla, age 38 years alleging therein that on 04.08.2015, he alongwith Conductor Hem Chand were coming to Old Bus Stand from Tutikandi. When he reached near entry point of Old Bus Stand, at the same time driver of Private Bus No. HP-63-0168 driven by Ravinder Chauhan, negligently back his vehicle and hit with his Bus. The case is being investigated by HC Najeer Ahmad, I/O PS Sadar.
3. A Rioting case FIR No. 70/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 04.08.2015 U/S 341,323,147,149,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o Sh. Hari Chand R/o Village Shalan, PO Pujarli-2 Tehsil Rorhu District Shimla alleging therein that on 03.08.2015 he alongwith Thakur Sain (Apple Owner), Sanjay Verma & Neeraj Verma were going towards Dhalli from Shalan in his vehicle.  At about 08.45 PM, after taking dinner at Shyam Bhojnalya, when they reached near Shilaroo, one white colour vehicle stopped in front of his vehicle. 6/7 persons alongwith owner of Shyam Bhojnalya came out from the vehicle and beaten them & also broken the glasses of his vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj I/O PP Narkanda.
4. A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 80/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 04.08.2015 U/S 407 IPC PS Jhakri on the statement of Sh. Ranbeer Kumar S/o Dolaram VPO Barrerri PS K/Sain Distt. Shimla stated  therein in that driver Praveen Huda R/o Shakti Nagar Rohtak has loaded  9 ton & 950 kg. Sariya (Iron Rods) in the Truck No. HP 64-3651 from Kamdhenu Sariya, Baddi to Katoch Hardware, Reckongpeo. But above truck not reached at destination and on the way driver Praveen Hudda sold it to another person. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh, I/O PS Jhakri.  
5. During last 24 hours 265 vehicles challaned under MV Act & 01 challaned under Mining Act. Total challaned compounded= 126 & fine realized Rs. 39,300/-
