CRIME REPORT 30 JANUARY

1. A Excise Case FIR No 6/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 29.1.14 U/S 39 of HP EX. ACT on the Rukka of SI/SHO Gauri Dutt Sharma alleging therein that on 29.01.14 during patrolling at about 7.00 pm 11 bottles of country liqueur Marka Patiala Orange has been recovered from Vijah Sharma S/o Ved Prakash Village Ram Nagar PO Kuinal Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Gauri Dutt Sharma PS Kotkhai.

2. A Burglary Case FIR No. 4/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 30.01.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint made telephonically by complement  R/o B-16 Sector 2 New Shimla, District Shimla, alleging therein that last night some unknown persons have broken his house ventilator glass when he was at Delhi and stolen some articles. The Case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal, I/O PS New Shimla.

3. An Accident Case FIR No. 5/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 30.01.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh. Faujji Lal R/o Village Duidi  Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla alleging therein that on 30.01.14 at about 9:30 AM Vehicle No. HP-10A-5135 Bolero Camper met with an accident near Vmshil Kainchi due to negligence of driver Hem Raj S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Village Gosakwani Tehsil Chirgaon and one person was injured in this accident. The case is being investigated by H.C. Puran Singh I/O   P.S. Chirgaon.

4. During last 24 hours 172 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 09 persons was challaned under Smoking Act & 01 Challan in Mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 27, 800/-.
