An Accident Case FIR No. 6/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 22.01.14 U/S 279, 201, 304A IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Narinder Singh Chauhan S/o Sh. Keser Singh Village Kashak PO Thangar Sub-Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla alleging therein that near about 6.30 pm he was travelling in HRTC Bus with his grandfather Ranjeet Singh towards Dawada while the bus reached near Dawada his grandfather opened the door quickly and he fall down from same bus. Due to this accident his grandfather Ranjeet Singh declared dead by MO CH Nerwa. The Case is being investigated by HC Hem Raj I/O PS Nerwa.
During last 24 hours 85 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 06 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.7100/-.
