CRIME REPORT 09 JANUARY

1. An Excise Act Case FIR No. 08/14 is registered at PS Theog on 08.01.14 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of PSI Sanjeev Kumar alleging therein that he was patrolling with his staff in Basadhar village during patrolling an informer given him an information against Daulat Ram S/o Jhenta Ram R/o Bhooa Basadhar to sale and purchase illegal wine in his shop. He made a raiding party and searching operation in his shop and recovered one Petti illegal desi wine Marka Nalagarh  No. 1 and six bottles bear Marka Daredevil 10,000 without permission and permit. The Case is being investigated by PSI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 1/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 9.1.14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Surinder Singh S/o Sh Shyam Singh R/o Village Diudi PO Pekha Tehsil Chirgaon alleging therein that on 8.1.14 at about 7-00 PM One M/Car No. HP-10-A-5339 met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of Driver Prem Raj. In this accident Vinod Kumar died on the spot and Complainant Surinder Singh and Driver Prem Raj Injured. The Case is being investigated by HC Kalam Singh No. 62 I/O PS Chirgaon.

3. An Accident Case FIR No. 4/14 is registered at PS East on 8.1.14 U/S 279 IPC & 187 M.V.Act on the complaint of Sh.Sunny Kumar So Sh. Vinod Kumar Ro Kehar Niwas House No.144 Ward No.1Saproon Solan alleging therein that on 8.1.14 One Swift / Car No. HP-03-D-0567 hit Indica Car No. HP-64-1387 and run away. The Case is being investigated by HC Harish No.35 I/O PS East.

4. During last 24 hours 115 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 17 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 18,300/-.
