CRIME REPORT 29 JANUARY

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 15/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 28.01.14 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Babu Ram A/P Driver Pvt. But No. HP 63-1809, alleging therein that on 28-1-14 at about 1.40PM while he reached near Bemloe  a M/Cycle No. HP 07-5020 and HRTC Bus No. HP 63-3202 met with an accident. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the both drivers. The Case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS Sadar.

2. A Indian Telegraph Act Case FIR No. 7/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 29.01.14 U/S 379 IPC & 25 T.Act on the rukka of HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur that on 29-1-14 at about 4.30 AM when he was on patrolling with staff near nogli, a person namely Nikhil @ Kalu S/o Sh. Ram Bahadur R/o Khawal, PO & Sub Teh. Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla cutting the cable wire near Nogli. Accused arrested & recovered 200 mtr. Cable wire. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS Rampur.

3. A Theft Case FIR No. 17/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 29-1-14 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sita Ram Bhardwaj S/o late Sh. Deep Ram R/o Vill. Nala, PO Fagu, Teh. Theog & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that during the intervening night 28/29-1-14 some unknown person has stolen away his Alto Car No. HP09A-1739 at village Nala.  The case is being investigated by ASI Lal Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.

4. A Theft Case FIR No. 14/14 is registered at PS West on 29-1-14 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Gopal Chand S/o Sh. Tek Ram R/o Vill. Basha, Teh. Kandhagat,  Distt. Solan A/P Security personnel Tara Devi Mata Temple from HHG Department, alleging therein that when he was on duty he saw that two boys run away and he grabbed the one boy. When he checked his back pocket and found four Tap, it was revealed that he and another boy stolen from the temple complex.  The case is being investigated by HC Pire Lal, I/O PS West.

5. A Burglary Case FIR No. 12/14 is registered at PS Theog on 29.01.14 U/S 457, 380 IPC on the complaint of Smt. Ganga Devi W/o late Sh. Devi Singh R/o Vill. Kalag, PO Matiana, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that she went to own father House, on 29-1-14 when she reached her home, she found that some unknown person has stolen away one har Gold, one pears Kade Gole, Chain Gold, Two Mundi, Two pears Bali Gold & cash Rs. 3000/-.  Total value of stolen property is Rs. 3,00,000/-. The Case is being investigated by HC Yogesh Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

6. A Fire Incident Case FIR No. 16/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 28.01.14 U/S 285 IPC on the rukka of ASI Paramjeet Saini, I/O PS Sadar that on 28-1-14  at about 2.00PM a fire incident took place at English Wine Shop Ganj Road, in which no loss of human life and loss of property yet to be estimated. The case is being investigated by ASI Paramjeet Saini, I/O PS Sadar.

7. During last 24 hours 171 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 13 person was challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 24,100/-.
