CRIME REPORT 21 JANUARY

1. A Criminal Trespass Case FIR No. 4/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 21.01.14 U/S 447,427 IPC on the statement of Smt. Uma Tanwar W/o Late Sh. Jitender Singh R/o Vill. Bagain Tehsil Sunni & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that Bhagat Ram, Ishwar Singh, Chunni Lal and Sushma R/o Vill. Bagain Tehsil Sunni & Distt. Shimla have Criminal Trespass in the land of Smt. Uma Tanwar.  The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/P PS Sunni.

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 6/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 20.01.14 U/S 279,304A IPC on the Ruka of ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari alleging therein that on 21.01.14 at about 3.15 PM information received that one truck Near Lailan found accident. He rushed with staff to the spot  there he found one truck No HP-06A- 0457 Ecoment rolled down about 80/90 meter on Garden at village Galanu. The Driver Kishori Lal S/o Suharu Ram Vill Sarati Po Chaned Tehsil Himarpur found died on the spot. Said accident found due to rash driving and negligence of driver. The Case is being investigated by Asi Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

3. A Theft Case FIR No. 02/14 is registered at PS Jubbal on 21.01.14 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Rana Surender Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Rana Narender Singh R/o VPO Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is residing at Dehradun and his House/property (Darbar) is also in village Dhadi Rawat Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla on 20.01.14 his servant informed him by telephonically that the doors of Darbar were opened  when the complaint reach at home/darbar (Dhadi Rawat) he found that the doors of Darbar were opened and found locks of trunks which were in the rooms of Darbar were broken and one gold chain and one ring, 8 buttons of kot, one dinner set silver, 2 cups, 4 coins old and 4 new coins of silver, one gold Asharfi of Devta Mahasu and currency note Rs= 60/70- found stolen from rooms of Darbar . Total value of stolen property is about 5/6 lacks. This incident was accord by some unknown person during intervene night between 14.01.14 to 19.01.14. The Case is being investigated by ASI Raj Kumar I/O PS Jubbal.

4. During last 24 hours 144 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 12 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.20, 400/-.
