A Criminal forcer to deter Public servant for discharge of his duty Case FIR No. 3/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 08.01.14 U/S 353, 332, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Ravinder Singh S/o Sh Kalu Ram Driver HRTC Rampur Depot Bus No. HP-06-A-1093 on 09.01.14 alleging therein he was on duty Route Kotgarh to Kuchinghati at 4.30 pm when he reached Badagaon one Pickup No. HP-63-1571 came there and obstructs his way doting govt duty. The Case is being investigated by Lachi Ram I/O PS Kumarsain.
During last 24 hours 195 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 37 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 22,700/-.
