Assault on Public Servant Case FIR No. 8/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12.1.14 U/S 353, 34 IPC & 114(v) Police Act on the statement of Const. Sunil Kumar No. 1352 Traffic Wing Shimla alleging therein that on 12.1.14 when he was on traffic duty at CTO point The Mall Shimla, two persons Namely Harkirth Sharma & Gagandeep Singh came there and assaulted upon him . The Case is being investigated by ASI Nag Dev I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.
During last 24 hours 110 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 7 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 13,300/-.
