CRIME REPORT 12 JANUARY

1.     A ND&PS Case FIR No.5/14 is registered at PS East Shimla on 11.01.14 U/S 20 ND & PS Act., on the rukka of PSI Ashish Pathania alleging  therein that on 11.01.14 at 07-30 PM during patrolling when he was present with patrolling staff at Chudail Nala (Chotta Shimla) then on the basic of secret information and during the search of Surender Kumar S/o of Sh. Jiya Lal  R/o Gahan P.O Khunny Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla 95 grm. Charas recovered from his pocket. The Case is  being investigated  by    HC. Harish  Garg  I/O PS  East  Shimla.

2.     During last 24 hours 94 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act , 01 Challaned under Mining Act., 05 challaned under  Police Act, U/S 114  and 19 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 12,500/-
