CRIME REPORT 25 JANUARY

1. ND & PS Case FIR No. 07/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 25.01.14 U/S 22-61-85 ND & PS on the Rukka of HC Suresh Kumar No.141 I/O PS Sunni alleging therein that he along with staff were on Nakabandi duty at Ghrat Nala. During checking Vehicle No. CH-01X-8819 Maruti Car 800, two persons namely Anil Kumar alias Anu S/o Sh Tara Dutt R/o Village Shalgi, Kuldeep S/o Sh Vijay Singh R/o Village Dala PO Madhavani Tehsil & PS Kumarsain were found sit inside the car, during search 135 bottles Rexcoff 100 ML recovered from their possession. The Case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Sunni.

2. A Burglary Case FIR No. 8/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.01.14 U/S 457, 380 on the application of Sh. Amain Chand S/o Lt. Sh. Patya Ram R/o Bai Post office, Tehsil and PS Kumarsain Distt Shimla at Present President Temple committee Dholla Seri Temple Marich Devta .alleging therein that in the intervening night of 24/25.01.14 some unknown culprits stolen away 10 Idol (mohara) silver. 2 Idol Asst Dhattu (mix metal) (mohara), 2 Silver chhouri handle. One Chain Silver .half Kg. Sliver and 22 Idol of golden From the Marich Devta Dholla Seri Temple Bai Kumarsain. Then Case is being investigated by ASI Dev Raj I/O PS Kumarsain.

3. A Burglary Case FIR No. 4/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 25.01.14 U/S 457, 380 on the application of Sh Panna Lal S/O Sh  Nand Lal R/O Hounchali at present CHT Govt. Primary School Gaonsari No-1 alleging therein that in during winter session Holiday Some unknown person broken the window of school building and stolen away  Library Books, Attendance Register, Certificate, Withdrawal File, Hitter, etc and other records and Duty Register, Certificate register was found burned in school premises. Total value of stolen property is approximately Rs. 15000/-. The Case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram I/O PS Chirgaon. 

4. During last 24 hours 228 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 01 person was challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.33, 500/-.
