An Attempt to murder Case FIR No 9/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 16.01.14 U/S 307,392, 506,323 IPC on the statement of Bablu Gupta S/o Bechan Lal Gupta R/o Munna Lal Bechan Lal Pan Shop Local Bus Stand Shimla alleging therein that he has installed a Rehari Shop near Gurudwara on 16.01.14 at 4.30 pm when he was present in his Shop some persons came in his Shop carrying Iron Rods in their hands and started beating him. Due to their beating he has got injuries on his head and other parts of body. The Case is being investigated by SI Babu Ram I/O P.S Sadar Shimla.
During last 24 hours 188 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 05 persons was challaned under Smoking Act & 07 in mining Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.15, 000/-.
