CRIME REPORT 28 JANUARY

1. An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 6/14 is registered at PS  East on 27.01.14 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of PSI Ashish Pathania, I/O PS East that on 27.01.14 at 5.20PM when he was on traffic checking alongwith staff near Raj Bhawan, on the basic of suspect serch of vehicle No. HP14C-3500, recovered 102 bottles (100ml each) of Rexcof from the possession of Rajat Thapa S/o Sh. Arjun Thapa R/o Chamunda Colony, By Pass Road Kather Solan & Balvinder Shandil S/o Sh. Narayanu Ram R/o Ward No.3, near Gurukul, School Kather Solan. Both the accused arrested. The Case is being investigated by PSI Ashish Pathania, I/O PS East.

2. A Hurt Case FIR No. 3/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 28.01.14 U/S 325 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mukesh Kumar S/o late Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Rattan Niwas Jiwanu Colony A/P conductor of Private Bus No. HP63-2025, alleging therein that on 28-1-14 when he was going from Panthaghati to Shimla, when he reached at Lower Chowk Khalini, he begged bus fare from a person namely Devinder Kumar and that person started quarreled with him and beaten his left ear and dislocated. The case is being investigated by PSI Rajnesh Thakur, I/O PS New Shimla.

3. A Fire Incident Case FIR No. 13/14 is registered at PS West on 28.01.14 U/S 285 IPC on the rukka of SI Madan Lal, Addl. SHO PS West that on intervening night     27/28-1-14 a fire incident took place at AG Office Shimla, in which 2 upper stories  gutted fire. The case is being investigated by SI Madan Lal, PS West.

4. During last 24 hours 155 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 03 person was challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 18, 700/-.
