A Wrongful Restraint Case FIR No. 04/14 is registered at PS West on 16.01.14 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devi Chand S/o Late Sh. Brahama Nand R/o Village Jhakri P.O. Shakarh Tehsil and District Shimla alleging therein that he is working as Chowkidaar at Vodaphone Tower Village Jhakhri on 15.01.14 at night when he was going on his duty at Vodaphone Tower Bhagwati Prasaad and Palu R/o Village Ghandal stopped his way and beat him with Dandas. The Case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/C P.P. Dhami.
During last 24 hours 183 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 13 persons was challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs.23, 420/-.
