2/11/17 U/S39(1) HP EXCISE ACT PS West Shimla has been
registered on the rukka of SI Ram Nath Incharge PP Jatogh that an information
of accident received with Maruti van No. HP01A4954. On that information the
driver of the maruti van named Hitesh Kumar S/O Sh. Mast Ram R/O Maadi P.O.
Ghanagu Tehsil Arki District Solan durig checking of the van 28 Bottles of
Country liquor has been recovered from his possession and case has been
registered and investigated by the IO PP Jatogh PS West
Shimla.
CASE FIR NO. 217/17 DT
2/11/17U/S 289IPC PS West Shimla has been registered
on the complaint of Ramesh Kumar S/O late. Sh. Sant Ram R/O Village Ghahra P.O.
Sundernagar District Mandi that he is a Physical Education teacher in Senior
secondary school Kapai (Sunder Nagar)he is presently on election duty as BLO kayna/
Janol.When he reached in the house of Madan Lal Thakur for distributing
the electoral slip reg. election his two pet Dog came out from the house
and bite him. Hence case has been registered and investigated by the IO HC
Balwinder Kumar NO. 04 O PS West Shimla.

U/S 39 HP EXCISE ACT PS SUNNI has been registered
on the rukka of ASI Manohar lal IO PS Sunni alleged that today on dated
02-11-17 at 6.30 pm when he was on patrolliing at near Gharatnala
Tehsil Sunni than one person namely Jagarnath s/o Sh Dilaram R/O
vill. bakhari Tehsil Karsog Distt. mandi age 53 year was carrying 10
bottles of liquor marka english Green Leval .who was unable to produce
any permit or license of above liquor case is being investigated by
ASI Manohar lal IO PS Sunni
A CASE FIR NO 131/17 DATED 2/11/17 U/S 279,337,338 IPC and
187 MV Act.PS Kumarsain has been registered on the rukka
of ASI Hem Chand IC PP Sainj that on dated 02.11.2017 at 06:50 PM they
got information that a person named Paras Ram R/O sainj The. Kumarsain is lying
on the road in injured condition at Luhri Naala Road NH035 who was hitted by
some unknown vehicle. Hence case has been registered and investigated by
ASI Hem Chand IO PP Sainj.

registered on the rukka of SI Raghuvir Singh IC PP Kasumpati that on dated
02.11.2017when he was on patrolling duty with his police staff at SDA
Complex near Civil SupplyBuilding Block No 16-17the poster of
ABHIMANU IAS Upper Khalini coaching for IAS was stuck in the wall hence

02.11.17 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act PS Chirgaon has been register on
the ruka of SI/SHO Babu Ram alleged that on dated 2.11.17 during patrolling and
vehicle checking near Badiyara kanchi recovered 12 bottles liquor Marka
Himachal Orange from the possession of accused Rajesh Kumar S/O Sh. Hari Saran
Village Denwari Tehsil, Chirgaon Distt. Shimla.

been registered on the rukka of SI /SHO Laxman Kumar PS New Shimla on
dated 02.11.2017 when he was on patrolling duty with his police staff at06;00
PM when they were at near Village Kanlog they found that a person named Eesh
Kumar S/O Late Sh. Birbal Kumar R/O Devghar near kanlogh District Shimla
12 bottles of country liquor has been recovered from his possession and case

statement of sh Ramesh s/o sh Prem chand vill hadeu po Nerwa tehsil Chopal
distt Shimla age 15 years alleging therein that he along with Rahul was
going to his home.at about 4.30 p.m when they reached near shikyar. a bolero
camper no hp77-0131 rashly came from rana kiyar and hit them. in which they got
injured. Case is being investgated by HC Ramesh chand no 125 IO PS Nerwa

Summer Hill thatwhen he was on patrolling duty with his police staff on the
wall of rain shelter and Post Office of Summer Hill they found that the
poster of Congress and CPIM candidate has been stuck hence case has been

have recovered 33 grams Heroin from the possession of Mohit Kumar S/o
Joginder Kumar R/O Sujla The. Jubbal and the other was Vedant S/O
mahender Ranjhta R/O Katasu Teh. Jubbal. Hence case has been registered and

on 2/11/17 U/S 283 IPC on the Rukka of HC Amit Kumar N0 180 PP City Rohru
alleging therein that on Dated 2/11/17 one person namely Arvinder Rana S/O
Ranvir Singh R/O Shakti Nagar PO Samoli Tej Rohru Distt Shimla was unloading
Bikes in near Shakti Nagar Rohru which caused obstruction to the free flow of

Bhangel G.B Nagar Noyda UP From Sabzi Mandi Rohru to Mau UP . But above Vehicle
not reached at the destination till now. The case is being investigated by ASI

Rohru has been registered on the ruka of ASI Bhagi Rath I/C
PP Tikkat alleging therein that on 02.11.2017 during Patrolling alongwith staff
at Dharoti conducted raid Sh. Ram Krishan S/O Sh. Kana Singh R/O Dharoti Teh
Rohru in trecovered 12 bottles marka Country liquor UNA NO 1. The case is being
investigated by ASI Bhagi Rath I/C PP Tikkar.

3-10-17 U/S 279,304A IPCPS Jhakhri has been registered on
the statement of Sh. Layak Ram S/O Sh. Sant Ram R/O VPO Ganvi Tehsil Rampur
Distt Shimla H.P. He Stated that on dated 2/11/2017 at about 8-30 PM when he
was at bazaar Ganvi at the mean time a Bolero Camper No HP 06A-3755 came from
Ganvi towards Kaobil & after some distance above vehicle rolled down from road
{} in which one person Namely Kami Lama S/O Mima Lama Village Helampur P.O.
Bagmati odda No 8 Distt Sindhu pal Nepal age 22 years has been died on spot
& another vinder singh S/O Kuvi Ram R/O VPO Kayao has injured in this
accident{} This accident accrued due to rash & negligent driving by Vinder
Singh . Case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar No 131 I/O P.P. Jeori.
Case FIR No 184/17 Dated
03/11/17 U/S 279,337,304A IPC Ps Rampur has been
registered on the Rukka of ASI Ram Singh I/C PP Tecklech alleging therein that
on receipt of information Police party rushed spot Kareri(Deothi) at where one
Bike No HP 06A-4256 rolled down in to hill below 100 m , in which Surinder
Kumar sustained injuries and Vinod Kumar S/O Sh. Puran Sukh R/O Vill. Anurakshi
Po. Kareri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP age 28 year died on the spot. This
accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of the driver Vinod Kumar .
Case has been registered and is being investigated by ASI Ram Singh I/C PP
Tacklech.
During the last 24 Hours 331 vehicles have been challaned
and compounded 201 of fine Rs.69300/- and 35 persons have been
challaned under Smoking Act and fine Rs. 3500/-
