A GAMBLING ACT: Case
FIR No. 190/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 16.11.2017 U/S 3,4
The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of HC Kuldeep Kumar, I/O PS Rampur
alleging therein that today on 16.11.2017, he alongwith staff was on Patrolling
towards Dutt Nagar. On the secret information, they raided in the house of
Varun Thakur at village Nirsu, where five persons namely Pushpender Singh,
Jaswant, Abhishek Verma, Amit Dogra & Anil Negi were found playing gambling
with cards and recovered Rs. 1,05,100/- from the spot. The case is being
investigated by HC Kuldeep Kumar, I/O Rampur.

A TRESPASS:
Case FIR No. 92/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 15.11.2017 U/S
341,447,355,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Lal Singh Dingtu S/O Sh. Devi
Dass R/O Vill. Runpu PO Kinnu Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP stated therein
that he is working as Liaison Officer in Kotgarh Project since 2 years. On 15.11.2017
when he was at Shamani in connection with inspection of the work, one person
namely David S/O Sh. Diwan Singh R/o Village Dhaua PO Kinnu Tehsil Rampur
Distt. Shimla came there, obstructed his way and started to insult him. He beaten
him brutally and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being
investigating by ASI Purshotam I/C PP Sarahan.

During last 24 hours 187 vehicles were
challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 102, fine realized Rs. 37,100/-
and 25 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs.
2,500/-.
