Crime Report on November 18, 2017


  1. A Gambling Act  case FIR No. 193/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 18-11-2017 on the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O PS Rampur alleging therein that today when he and HC Kuldeep was patrolling towards Racholi he received an secret information reg. gambling. As per secret information he raided the quarter of Gaurav S/o Sh.  Gulab Singh R/o Vill Dalan PO Virgarh Tehsil Rampur and found  that 07 person were playing gambling with cards and recovered Rs. 17,900/-. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjeev Kumar I.O PS Rampur. 
  2. An Accident case FIR No. 170/17  has been registered at PS Dhalli on 17-11-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Virender Kumar S/o Sh. Amir   Chand R/o Vill Katay PO Soldig Tehsil Nichar Distt. Kinnaur stated therein that on 17-11-2017 when he was at Dakshinshewri Kali Mata Temple near Dhalli at the same time one motorcycle came rashly and negligently and hit one person. The motorcycle rider run away from the spot and person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Parmanand I.O PS Dhalli. 
  3. A Cheating case FIR No. 169/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 17-11-2017 u/s 420,463,465,467,468,471,120-B,425,441,442 & 445 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hari Om Sood S/o Late Sh. Rewal Chand Sood R/o Set No. 2 Khushi Ram building, Sanjauli Shimla-6 alleging therein that Sachin Doger the son of complainant in Connivance with M/s India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd., have criminally conspired to fraudulently deceived the applicant and have fraudulently made false documents with an intention to cause damage and injury to the applicant and his property and have dishonestly used the forget documents as genuine causing injury to the applicant and his property.  Further more M/s India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd., has also committed criminal trespass mischief by damaging the property of the applicant. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Sanjauli.
  4. During last 24 hours 267 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 105,  fine realized  Rs. 28,100/- and 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,000/-.
