Crime Report Ocomber 11, 2017

1.      An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 173/17 Dt. 10.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 PS Rampur has been registered on the rukka of HC Kuldeep Kumar No. 132, I/O  PS Rampur alleging therein that on 10.10.2017 at about 04-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Pawan S/o Sh. Lekh Ram R/o Village & PO Harnora, Tehsil & PS Sadar, Bilaspur, HP, age 23 years intercepted by them near Dutt Nagar and recovered 40 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Kuldeep Kumar No. 132, I/O PS Rampur.

2.       An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 64/17 Dt. 10.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 PS Jubbal has been registered on the rukka of HC Kartar Singh No. 173, I/O PP Sarswati nagar, Jubbal alleging therein that on 10.10.2017 at about 06-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Baliya  R/o Village Kiranu PO Tikochi, Tehsil Mori, Distt. Uttarkashi, age 24 years, who was coming towards Kuddu Barrier, apprehended by them and recovered 39 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh No. 173, I/O PP Sarswati nagar, Jubbal.

3.      An ND&PS Act Case FIR No. 183/17 Dt. 10.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 PS Theog has been registered on the rukka of HC Sudesh Kumar No. 28, I/O PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 10.10.2017, he alongwith staff was on patrolling in c/w collection of intelligence regarding illegal trading of narcotic drugs towards Devi More, Sandhu & Lafughat etc. At about 04-45 PM, when they reached near Sandhu Bazar, road bifurcate towards Cheekhad, one person namely Brij Lal S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village & PO Sandhu, Tehsil Theog, Distt. Shimla, age 44 years intercepted by them and recovered 42 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Sudesh Kumar No. 28, I/O PS Theog.

4.      An ND&PS Act Case FIR no. 176/17 Dt. 10.10.17 U/S 21,22-61-85 PS Sadar has been registered on the rukka of SI Radheshyam Sharma, I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleging therein that on 10.10.2017 at about 03-00 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Akash S/o Sh. Mukesh R/o House No. 24, Bandhu Nagar Shastri Colony, Ambala Cantt. Haryana, age 20 years intercepted by them on the road leading towards Down-Dale Shimla and recovered 90 Tab. of Alprazolam IP 0.5 mg (Alprasafe-0.5) from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI Radheshyam Sharma, I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

5.       An ND&PS ActCase FIR No. 144/17 Dt. 11.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 PS Dhalli has been registered on the rukka of HC Lalit Kumar No. 241, I/O PS Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 10.10.2017 at about 10-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff on the road towards Mashobra, one person namely Dhan Singh S/o Sh. Karn Singh R/o Village Jhula, Tehsil Musikot, Distt. Bapee, Anchal Rapati Nepal, age 26 years A/P Bhoop Ram Building near Patrol Pump, Malyana, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla intercepted by them and recovered 24.5 gram Charas from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Lalit Kumar No. 241, I/O PS Dhalli. 

6.      An ND&PS Act case FIR No. 117/17 Dt. 11.10.17 U/S 20-61-85 PS New Shimla has been registred on the rukka of SI SHO Laxmin Kumar PS New Shimla alleging therein that on 11-10-17 at about  12-15 am during patrolling alongwith staff on the road from BCS TO Vijay Nager one person namely Nishant Sharma S/o Parkesh Sharma R/o Village Sundha P/o Chirgaon Distt. Shimla at present R/o block NO. 01 House No.08 Knols wood Chhota Shimla age 25 years intercepted by them and recovered 14 gram chars from his possession. The case is being investigated by SI SHO Laxmin Kumar PS New Shimla.

7.      An Excise Act case FIR No. 182/17 Dt. 10.10.17 U/S 39 (1) HP Excise Act PS Theog has been registered on the rukka of I/C PP Fagu ASI Brij Lal PS Theog Shimla alleging therein that on 10-10-17 at about  2-55 pm during patrolling alongwith staff they made raid to the dhaba at Gallu run by  Mahinder Singh S/o Jiginder singh  R/o Village Koti P/o Kathog  Distt. Shimla and recovered 24 bottles marka Himachal Orange from his possession. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Fagu ASI Brij Lal PS Theog Shimla.

8.      An attempt to murder case FIR No. 192/17 Dt. 11.10.17 U/S 342,436,307,120B IPC PS West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Manish Sharma S/o Late Shimla Ram dita Sharma alleging therein that on 11-10-17 at about 4-00 am in the morning when he suddenly woke up he found 4/5 persons throwing petrol/kerosene oil into his house by which the family member of complainant were burnt. The case is being investigated by ASI Amrinder Singh I/O PS West Shimla.

9.      A Criminal breach of trust case FIR No. 193/17 Dt. 11.10.17 U/S 406 IPC PS West Shimla has been registered on the complaint of Raghubir Chaudhri Manger HRTC Tara Devi alleging therein that surinder Kumar S/o Gandhi Nagar P.O. Ratnari The. Kotkhai , who was appointed as trainee conductor w.e.f. 15-08-2017 to 24-08-2017 had not deposited the ETM machine and ticket box having cost of Rs.13,676/- , which comes under misappropriate of Govt. money. The case is being investigated by the HC Sanjay Kumar No. 16 I/o PS West.

10.    During last 24 hours 480 vehicles challaned under MV Act fine collected  Rs. 1,00500/. 57 persons challaned under smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 5700/-.

 

INQUEST UNDER SECTION 174 CRPC

Today  Baby Devi W/o Vinod kumar Village Katia PO Kesri Bazaar Tehsil and PS Janta Bazaar District Chapra, Bihar C/o Kanwar Singh Mehta VPO Nankhari Tehsil Rampur Distrcit Shimla age 30 years has committed Suicide. The proceeding under section 174 is being  carried out  at PS Nankhari.
