1. An Accident case FIR No. 70/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 20.08.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Suresh Singh S/O Sh. Rai Singh R/o Village Ganga Nagar, PO & Tehsil Rohru, Distt Shimla stated therein that vehicle Pickup NO. HP 10A-5588 met with an accident at Near Tahu Kotkhai. In this accident Driver Hemu Ram Kalta got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Ranjeet I/O PS Kotkhai.
2. An Accident case FIR No. 71/16 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on dated 21.08.2016 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the Rukka of ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai stated therein that vehicle Pickup NO. HP 16-6639 met with an accident at Near Tharolla Kotkhai. In this accident Driver got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.
3. A House Trespass case FIR No. 78/16 has been registered at PS Rohru on dated 20.08.2016 U/S 451, 323, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Inder Bahadur S/O Sh. Bhagat Bahadur R/O Taiwang PO Kewari Tehsil Liwong Distt. Rolpa, Anchal Rapti, Nepal A/P C/O Jitender Bragta @ Pappu Village Ganga Nagar Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 32 years stated therein that on Dated 18.08.2016, he was sleeping with his family in his Dera at Ganga Nagar (Chunjar), Rohru. In the intervening night of 18-19/08/2016 at about 12:00 AM, some Unknown person knocked his door. When he opened the door, a person namely Aman R/O Ganga Nagar assaulted at him and his wife, beaten him and threatened them with dire consequences. In this incident he sustained injury in his left eye. The case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal, I/C PP Tikkar, PS Rohru.
4. A House Trespass case FIR No. 84/16 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 21.08.2016 U/S 451, 427,34 IPC on the statement of Sh. Khem Raj S/O Sh Alam Chand Sharma R/O VPO Pokhi Tehsil Karsog Distt Mandi at Present Sales man Wine Shop Ghrat Alleging therein that on dated 20-08-2016 at about 8.30 PM when he and Sales Dindesh was in wine shop at mean time two un Known persons came there along with Lathi and Darat and trespassed the Shop and distroy Counter, TV, English wine OC 4 Bottles, 6 bottles una no 1 and one box Bear. Case is being investigating by HC Dola Ram I/O PP Sarahan, PS Jhakri.
5. A wrongful restraint case FIR No. 39/16 has been registered at PS Nerwa on dated 21.08.2016 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Singh S/O Sh. Jalam Singh R/O Vill. Chandni, PO Kathola, Tehsil Ponta Sahib, Distt Sirmour alleging therein that on dated 20.08.2016 at 10.30 PM he was coming from Saharanpur when he reached Nr Gumma, two persons namely Annu & Kanwar Singh obstructed his way and beaten him. The case is being investigated by HC Sharifudeen I/O PS Nerwa.
6. During last 24 hours 220 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 83 & fine realized Rs. 31,900/- , 12 persons challaned under smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1200/-.

1. Accused Sunil Kumar @ Sonu S/o Lt. Sh. Ranveer Singh R/o Village Kuthera, PO Bhawarna, Tehsil Palampur, Distt. Kangra A/P Working in New Light & Sound, Subzi Mandi Shimla, age 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 89/16 Dt. 19.09.2016 U/S 18,20,21-61-85 ND& PS Act at PS East, is on police remand upto 23.08.2016.
2. Proclaimed Offender Suresh Kumar @ Dhannu S/o Sh. Lachhi Ram R/o Village & PO Hardev Pur, Tehsil Arki, Distt. Solan, HP age 49 years, arrested in case FIR No. 170/08 Dt. 26.11.2008 U/S 379 411 34 IPC at PS Rampur, has sent to judicial custody.
3. Accused Ramesh Kumar S/o Sh. Rishi Ram R/o Village & PO Malangan, Tehsil Jhanduta, Distt. Bilaspur, HP age 35 years, arrested in case FIR No. 138/16 Dt. 19.08.16 U/S 379 427 34 IPC at PS Theog, is on police remand upto 22.08.2016.
4. Accused Mohd. Amjad S/o Sh. Hazi Shaukat Ali R/o 62 Fateh Road, Hakam Shah Colony, Sarahanpur, Distt. Bijnaur, UP arrested today in case FIR No. 186/16 Dt. 08.08.2016 U/S 379 34 IPC at PS Sadar, is on police remand upto 22.08.2016.
5. Accused i) Piyush Titla S/o Sh. Balkrishan Titla R/o Village Alawang, PO Devri-Khaneti, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 25 years and ii) Pawan Mehta S/o Sh. Megh Ram Mehta R/o Village Thanari, PO Devri-Khaneti, Tehsil Kotkhai, Shimla, age 29 years, arrested in case FIR No. 68/16 Dt. 18.08.16 U/S 366A, 376, 506, 34 IPC & 4 POSCO Act at PS Kotkhai, are in police remand up to 24.05.2016.
6. Accused Chander Mohan S/O Late Sh. Mansa Ram R/O Village Badahi P.O. Tara Devi Tehsil & Distt. Shimla H.P. age 38 Yrs has been arrested in Case FIR No. 204/16 Dated 13.08.2016 U/S 353,332 IPC P.S. West Shimla On dated 21.08.2016 at 01.30 PM He will be produced before Ld ACJM-2 Shimla on dated 22.08.16.
