1. An Accident Case FIR No. 175/13 is registered at PS Rampur on 14.11.13 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Yoginder Singh S/o Chet Ram Vill Bounda PO Sarahn Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is student of Bsc 1st Year Rampur College. On 13.11.13 after closing the Lavi fair culture program he and Ajay Kumar went to quarter Khaneri on foot. At about 10.30PM when he reached near Pat bangla one pickup No HP06A-1695 came with rash and negligent driving and hit to Ajay Kumar, In this incident Ajay Kumar has died. The Case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh Chand I/O PS Rampur Bsr.
2. A Excise Act Case FIR 157/13 is registered at PS Theog on 13.11.13 U/S 39 on the rukka of ASI Kamal Nain I/C PP Fagu, alleging therein that on 13.11.13 when he was on investigation in case FIR No.156/13 at Alloti alongwith staff than at 4-15 PM a secret information received that Ved Prakash S/o Late Sh. Balak Ram R/o Vill. Alotti P.O. Satog Tehsil Theog Distt Shimla sold Country Liquor without Licencen / Permit his shop at Aloti on the secret information when they raid recovered 12 bottles of country liquor marka Sirmour Orange . The case is being investigated by ASi Kamal Nain I/C Fagu.
3. During last 24 hours 166 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 07 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 19,400/-
