CRIME REPORT 12 NOVEMBER

1.             A Punishment for House Trespass Case FIR No. 56/13 is registered at  PS  New Shimla on 11.11.13 U/S 448 IPC, on the complaint of Sh. Mohan Lal  Rasik S/o Late Sh. Joban Dass R/o C/o Hateshwari Food Point Lower Tutu Shimla, alleging therein that  he was living as a tenant  in the Durga Cottage Kanlog Shimla from 1980. and in the year 2008 he started living with his family in C/o Hateshwari Food Point Lower Tutu Shimla and locked his quarter Durga Cottage Kanlog Shimla. On 11.11.13 he checked quarter and found that his door's lock is broken by some unknown person and a new Lock is on the door instead of his old lock. This case is being investigated by HC Inder  Singh  I/O PS New Shimla.

2.         A House Trespass in order to commit offence Case FIR No. 156/13 is registered  at PS Theog on 12.11.13 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement  of Sh.Atama Ram S/o Sukh Ram R/o  Vill  Aloti  P.O. Satog Teh.Theog Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on  12.11.13 when he was present own lawn alongwith mother and wife at 7 AM  in the mean time Jagdish, Devi Singh and Rajender S/o Chet Ram came to his lawn along with stick and stone and asked him on  11.11.13 cut the grass in our land and beaten   him without any reason, All accused threaten to him. The Case  is being  investigated by ASI Kamal  Nain I/C PP Fagu PS Theog  Shimla.

3.            A ND & PS Case FIR No 218/13 is registered at  PS  Sadar Shimla on .11.11.13 U/S 27 ND.& PS Act, on the rukka of ASI Parmjeet Saini I/O PS Sadar Simla alleging therein that on 11.11.13 he along with Police Party were on patrolling in the Lakkar Bazar area, when he reached behind the MC Shop in Lakkar Bazar one person namely Ravi Kumar S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o VPO Khotnol Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla found Smoking Charas in the Cigarette. This case is being investigated by ASI Parmjeet Saini I/O PS Sadar Shimla

4.           During last 24 hours 189 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 03 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act   2005).  The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is  Rs. 22,400/-.
