CRIME REPORT 11 NOVEMBER

1.        A Gambling Act. Case FIR No 174/13  is registered at  PS Rampur on 11.11.13  U/S 3,4 Gambling Act, on the rukka of ASI Karma Chand I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 11-11-13 at about 00.30 AM he was on patrolling near Dutt  Nagar alongwith staff and found that some person namely  Titu S/o Shayam Lal R/o Nirsu, Rupesh S/o  Jia Lal R/o  PO Urtoo .3 Vidya Sagar S/o Prem Singh R/o VPO Ribba Distt Kinnaur 4. Kuldeep Singh S/o Mansa Ram VPO Urtoo 5. Surender R/o VPO Dutt Nagar was playing at Card and recovered 8800/- . The  Case is being investigated by ASI Karm Chand I/O PS Rampur Bsr

2.        During last 24 hours 270 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 16 persons were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 43,500/-
