CRIME REPORT 03 NOVEMBER

1.      A Theft  Case FIR No. 168/13  is  registered at PS  Rampur 02.11.13 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Shayam Lal S/o Chura Ram R/o Vill Jubbaru Teshil Kumasin Distt Shimla, alleging therein that  on 31.10.13 at about 7.30PM he was waiting for a auto  in the mean time a young long hair boy came there and stolen away one mobile and 18 thousand from his pocket.  The Case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand I/O PP City.

2.     A Hurt   Case   FIR No.54/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on dated 2/11/2013 U/S 325 IPC on the Nakal rapat No.4 & 11 of Police Chowki Lakkar Bazar & complaint of Dr. Vijay Thakur A/P Asst. Prof. IGMC Shimla. Alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 9.00 AM  he was going to IGMC in his car. When he reached near Pollution control Board phase-3 New Shimla, he found a Honda Car parked in middle of road he requested to driver to park his vehicle away from road any give him pass. At this the driver of Honda car abusing him and pull him out of car forcibly. In this process he got injury in his left ring Finger. M.O. IGMC Shimla marked his Injury Grievous in nature. This case is investigated by HC Roshan  Lal No..66 I/O PS New Shimla.

3.    An Accident Case FIR No. 169/13 is registered at PS  Rampur on 03.11.13 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Moti Lal S/o Jiwanu Ram R/o Vill Dharja PO Khunni Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla, alleging  therein that on02.11.13at about 10.15AM a HRTC Bus No. HP 06A-7504 crushed is his Aunty near Peojan(Gahan) due to  rash and negligent  driving  by Pawan Kumar driver of the Bus. The Case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari .

4.      An Accident Case FIR No 217/13 is registered at PS West on 02.11.13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Shyam Lal  S/o Sh.  Devi Saran Vill.  Dhar  P.O. Tutu Teh & Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 02.11.13 at about 4  PM  when  he was seated  own cloth shop, a Alto Car  No. HP52A-1113 came  towards from  Defense Chowk to shimla, trapped in the traffic was off the driver back was to begin. Due to which Rama Daily  Needs whose shop with its shop  their niece named Mahi feet got sustained injuries and has also damage his Car. The Case is being investigated by  HC Manoj Kumar  I/O PP 

5.      During last 24 hours 144 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M V Act and 02  persons were challaned under COTPA  (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act  2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of  challans under MV, & COPTA Act is Rs. 22,400/-
