1. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 48/13 is registered at Police Station Chopal on 26-9-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vijay Kumar S/o Sh. Nand Lal R/o Sajnara, PO Khagna, Teh Chopal, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 26-9-13 when he was going to Bus Stand Chopal with his friends, three boys of ITI Chopal namely Tarun, Niru & Ashu obstruct and beat him with kicks and blows. Case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh, I/O PS Chopal.
2. During last 24 hours 201 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 10 persons were challaned under COTPA & 03 challaned under Police Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 45,440/-.
