1. An EXCISE case FIR No. 133/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 24-09-13 on the report of ASI Santokh Singh that during patrolling along with staff at Thanda Chikkar road near Electricity Office Theog at 05:30 PM he recovered 24 bottles country liquor from Prashant Sharma S/o Sh. Krishna Sharma R/o Vill Thanda, PO Chikkar, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla from his vehicle M/car No. HP-09-0762 came from Theog.
2. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case FIR No. 47/13 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 24-09-13 U/S 341, 323, 504, 427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Dalip Singh S/o Sh. Tulsi Ram R/o Kashyap Niwas, Kangnadhar, New Shimla, alleging therein that on 31-08-13 one person named Shiv Sharma R/o Kashyap Niwas, Kangnadhar, New Shimla wrongfully restrained and beat him and also destroyed his certificates. Case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal I/o PS New Shimla.
3. During last 24 hours 228 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 16 persons were challaned under COTPA & 04 challaned under Police Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 59,200/-.
