CRIME REPORT 19 SEPTEMBER

1.    (Accused Arrested & Recover Stolen Truck) A THEFT case FIR No. 45/13 is registered at Police Station Jhakhri on 18-09-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Netar Singh R/o Vill Dadhan, PO Bohali, Teh Dharampur, Distt Solan, alleging therein that he is driver of vehicle Tata Ecomate Truck No. HP-63-2160, when he parked his above vehicle near Jhakhri market, his cleaner named Anil Kumar stolen away vehicle. Case is being investigated by ASI Narender Singh I/o PS Jhakhri. During investigation accused person has been arrested & Truck has been recovered.

2.    A CRIMINAL TRESPASS case FIR No. 186/13 is registered at Police Station West Shimla on 18-09-13 U/S 447, 504, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hazari Lal S/o Late Sh. Brij Lal R/o VPO Shoghi, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he was the owner his shop at Shoghi, when he repair his shop, persons namely Hardyal S/o Sh. Chint Ram, Renu W/o Hardyal and Sujata D/o Chint Ram came there abusing him and threw goods here & there. Case is being investigated by HC Maan Singh I/o PS West.

3.    A MURDER case FIR No. 38/13 is registered at Police Station Kotkhai on 18-09-13 U/S 302 IPC on the complaint of Ishwar Dass S/o Sh. Shishu Ram R/o Vill Kanral, PO Kalbog, Teh Kotkhai, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that he has one Nepali person as domestic servant named Dalip Kumar S/o Sh. Bir Bahadur R/o Baragaon, Ward No-7, Anchal Rapti, Distt Salyan, Nepal. On 17-09-13 above Dalip went to work along with Ashok Sagaik and on 18-09-13 at 7:00/7:30 AM his brother Mahender Rajta told him that someone killed above Dalip near Kanral Nala and his dead body lying there. He has doubt that some unknown person killed Dalip. Case is being investigated by SI/SHO Gauri Dutt Sharma I/o PS Kotkhai.

4.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 129/13 is registered at Police Station Theog on 19-09-13 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mahender Singh S/o Sh. Shiv Singh R/o Vill Kelara, Teh Theog, Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-09-13 at 7:30 PM when he at his home one vehicle JCB No. HP-09C-1832 working in Kilara Danak and during work above JCB fell down into the Dhanak. In this accident two persons namely Kaku, Kushal S/o Sh. Gain Singh R/o Kilra died on spot and  one Surender S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/o Kilra sustained injury. Case is being investigated by ASI Joginder Singh I/o PS Theog.

5.    A HURT case FIR No. 87/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 18-09-13 U/S 323, 325 IPC on the complaint of Karan Sharma R/o Pine Lodge Estate, Chhota Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-08-13 at 8:15 PM when he went towards Chhota Shimla from Kasumpti, he heard some argument between taxi driver and other persons, after that they return back to Chhota Shimla Bazar and attacked him. Case is being investigated by HC Narender I/o PP Kasumpti.

6.    A HURT case FIR No. 88/13 is registered at Police Station East Shimla on 18-09-13 U/S 323, 325, 504 IPC on the complaint of Ashish S/o Sh. Jagat Ram R/o Vill Dochi, PO Beolia, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 12-08-13 when he went to Chhota Shimla from Kasumpti, near Chhota Shimla he told to Karan to take side on this Karan stop his vehicle and beat him, due to which he sustained inquiry. Case is being investigated by LHC Kamlesh I/o PS East Shimla.

7.    An ACCIDENT case FIR No. 174/13 is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 18-09-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Balak Ram S/o Late Sh. Nag Chand Sharma Employee Hotel Crystal Palace near Lift, alleging therein that on 19-09-13 at 12:15 AM when he was going to Old ISBT Shimla near Local Bus Stand Shimla one vehicle Alto car No. HP-32A-2262 hit him, due to he sustained injury. Case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand I/o PS Sadar Shimla.

8.    During last 24 hours 231 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 10 challaned under COPTA and 01 challaned under Police Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challans under MV Act and COPTA is Rs. 33,100/-.
