1. A DISHONESTLY RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY Case FIR No 39/13 is registered at PS Jubbal on 20.07.13 U/S 411,34 IPC on the Rukka of HC Jia Lal No 24 I/C CP Kharapathar, alleging therein that today on at 2.30 PM while HC was alongwith staff on Nakabandi duty at Kharapathar one person namely Raju S/o Manohar R/o VPO Rohru Tehisl Rohru Distt Shimla in found carring 45 pieces of cable wire in his vehicle No HP51-0207, Raju has been arrested. The Case is being investigated by HC Jia Lal No 24 I/O.
2. A CLOUD BURST INFORMATION AT Shah Khad on 20.07.13 at 2 PM received at PS Jhakari. On this Information Self SI/SHO. alongwith Police Staff rushed towards the spot . In this Cloud Brust One Truck No. HP.62A-7594 and one person namely Bir Din S/o Sh. Sukherdin has been flown away. After despite every possible efforts truck and Birdin has not been trace out as yet. After this cloud burst has been lost in Cores and one human life. There in continued search to trace out person and vehicle.
3. During last 24 hours 143 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 15 person were challaned under COTPA (Cigarette & Other Tobacco Act 2005). The total amount of Compounding fee of challans under MV & COPTA Act is Rs. 37,300/-.
