Crime Report 30 June 2014

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 108/14 is registered at PS West on 29.06.14 U/S 22-61-85 ND &PS Act on the rukka of ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West alleging therein that on 29.06.2014, he was on patrolling/traffic checking duty along with staff near Post Office, Chaura Maidan, Shimla. At about 12:30 PM one vehicle No. HP-63C-0237 (Alto 800) along with two persons namely Ankush Negi S/o Sh. Dinesh Negi R/o Dinghudhar, Sanjauli Shimla and Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Keshav Ram R/o Village- Karyali, PS Suuni, Shimla came there from Kenndy Chowk side, intercepted  by them. During search they recovered 9 bottles of Rexcoff 100 ml each & 88 tablets N-10 (restricted medicine) from the bag kept inside the above car. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram, I/O PS West.

    

2. An accident case FIR No. 72/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 29.06.2014 U/S 279 304-A IPC on the rukka of ASI Hari Singh, I/C PP Nankhari, Shimla alleging therein that on 29.06.2014, on vehicle No. HP-63-C-0759 (Bolero Campur) met with an accident at Hudgi Nallah. Two persons namely Sanjeev Kumar @ Pinku S/o Sh. Ramesh Chand Mehta Village Byon PO Sungri Tehsil Rohru and Data Negi S/O Sh. Shiv Singh Negi VPO Ribba Tehsil Morang Distt. Kinnaur were sat in this vehicle. Above both persons   died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

    

3. During last 24 hours 160 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 02 person challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 21,800/-.
