Crime Report 02 June,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No 60/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 01-06-14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Ram Lal alleging therein that on 01-06-2014 at about 10.30 AM one Alto Car No HP 25A-2144 was going Bhadrash to Rampur and one Bolero Camper CH 01GI-1740 was going Rampur to Shimla collide with each other at Duttnagar. Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Sat Pal Vill Bhulena PO Rajera Chamba was driving above Bolero and Mohinder Kumar S/O Sh. Shiv Ram R/O Brelangi PO Kothi Tehsil Kalpa Distt Kinnaur was Driving above alto car. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of both Drivers. The case is being investigating by ASI Hari Singh I/C PP Nankhari.

    

2. An Accident Case FIR No. 87/14 is registered at PS West on 01.06.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC, 187 MV Act on the complaint of Ishan S/O Late Sh. Anil Sharma R/O Padech P.O. Ghanahatti Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 01.06.2014 he came to Ghanahatti on his motorcycle No. HP-52A-1343 (Royal Enfield) when he reached at Nehra crossing with his friend Ankush then two another boys came in vehicle No. HP62A-2429 came rashly from the wrong side and hit his motorcycle. In this accident he got injured.  The case is being investigating  by HC Yog Raj I/O P.P. Dhammi.

    

    

3. An Instruments Control of Music Act & Disobedience of Order case FIR No.69/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 01-06-2014 U/S  6, Instruments Control Music Act & 188 IPC on the ruka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that he along with staff were on patrolling at Lower Bazar then he received a telephone call that at Krishna Nagar Sh Puran Chand Bhatia S/O Lt. Sh. Kala Ram Bhatia House No.119 blowing the loud speaker in loud sound in his house. On this information they reached at Krishna Nagar about 03-00 AM and asked him for permission, but he could not produce any permission. The case is being investigating by ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar.

    

4. During last 24 hours 151 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 19,900/-
