1. An Excise Act Case FIR No.74/14 is registered at PS Sadar today i.e. on 13-6-2014 U/S 39 H.P. Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar, Shimla alleging therein that today he along with staff were on patrolling near Downdale. During patrolling one person namely Sunny Kumar S/O Sh. Chindu Ram R/O H.No.20 down dale Fhagli intercepted by them and recovered 12 Bottles of Country Liquor from his possession. The case is being investigating by ASI Mohinder Lal I/O PS Sadar.
2. An Accident Case FIR NO.74/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 12-06-2014 U/S 279,427 IPC on the application of Sh. Mohinder Singh, Shimla alleging therein that on 12/06/14 at about 05.20 PM he was going to High Court from CTO in Govt. vehicle No.HP07B-0101 Sx4, when he reached near Old Bus Stand then a Bus No.HP-63-0907 hit his vehicle.The case is being investigating by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Sadar.
3. A Burglary case FIR No.83/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 12-06-2014 on the statement of Sh. Arjun Nenta S/O Sh. Devender Nainta R/O Kumar cottage below Sanjauli Gurudwara, Shimla alleging therein that on 12-06-2014 he went to office after locking his house. At about 01-45 PM he received a telephone call that some thieves entered in his house, and they locked them in the house, on this information he reached at home and open the door then he found that a boy age about 19/20 year found there who tried to theft in his house and his other friends run away from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Vinay Kumar I/O PP Sanjauli.
4. During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. 09 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 23,000/-
