An Excise Case FIR No.72/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 06.06.14 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the ruka of ASI Sarvind Rattan I/O PS Sadar alleging therein that he along with staff were on patrolling duty near Labour Hostel Krisna Nagar, then on the secret information they searched the house of Rishi Kumar. During search they recovered 08 bottles country liquor. The case is being investigating by ASI Sarvind Rattan.

A Rioting case FIR No. 37/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri today i.e. on 07.06.14 u/s 341,147,149,323 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Monu Kumar S/O Sh. Kishan Singh VPO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla alleging therein that while he along with his two other friends were present in Hotel Bushahar at Jeori. Pappu R/O VPO Fancha Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla along with 6/7 other persons came there beaten him and his friends. The case is being investigating by HC Gopal Singh I/O P.P Jeori.

An Accident case FIR no. 71/14 is registered at PS East today i.e. on 07.06.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Kewal S/O Sh. Bhim Bahadur R/O Shera P.O Tehsil and Distt. Salyan Nepal C/O Panchyat Bhawan Kasumpti Bazar Shimla alleging therein that today he was going towards Kasumpti Bus stand at 05.45 AM when he reached Near Laxmi Narayan Temple Kasumpti a private Bus came from the front side with rash & negligent driving hit him and driver run away with the bus from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Ramesh Kumar I/O P.P Kasumpti.

A Burglary Case FIR No. 88/14 is registered at PS West on 06.06.2014 U/S 454,380 I.P.C. that on 06.06.14 at about 12:30 PM she was out of her house. When she came back about 03.00 PM found that some unknown persons has stolen away one gold nath, one teeka, one nose pin and Cash Rs. 2000/-.The case is being investigating by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.
An Accident case FIR NO 20/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai today i.e. on 07-06-14 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh Prakesh Ghasta S/o Sh Balak Ram Ghasta R/o Village Kanroti PO Ratnari Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla alleging there in that on 06.06.14 at about 8.15 PM he was at home then one person call him that one veh. No HP 9C-0572 accident near Baghal Kenchi and 3 persons were sits in the veh. one person Deepak Ghasta died on the spot and two person got injured. The case is being investigating byASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

A Cheating case FIR No.74/14 is registered at PS Theog on 06-06-2014 U/S 420 IPC on the application of Sh Prittam Chand S/O Sh Balak Ram R/O Bumana District Hamirpur alleging therein that on 05-06-14 he went to Theog ATM for withdrawal the cash there he saw four or five persons stand there in which one of them changed his ATM card. In the morning he received a message that Rs.75000/- were withdrawal from his account. The case is being investigating by ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS Theog

A Danger to Life case FIR No.75/14 is registered at PS Theog on 06-06-14 U/S 336,337,304 A IPC on the statement of Sh Parkash Amba Dass Lalpot S/O Sh Amba Dass R/O District Himoli, Maharastra alleging therein that 06-06-14 they went to Mahasu peak for Winter Sports Adventure Activities Jeep Line, there operator was also present there. Nagesh Gujrati & his wife was sat in half jeep line. Operator leave them and they have no control,due to this they collide with iron pole. In which Nagesh Gujrati died on spot & his wife got injured. The case is being investigating by ASI Kamal Nain I/O PP Fagu.
During last 24 hours 211 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. 06 persons challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs.33,100/-
