Crime Report 21 June,2014

1. An Accident Case FIR No 69/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 20.06.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka Of HC Janak Raj I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 20.06.14 at about 6.45 PM near Mehta stone crusher NH-22 one Moter cycle No HP-06A-4533 which was coming from Jhakri to Rampur met with an accident in which one persons namely Satpal S/O Sh Ghan Shyam R/O Rallu died on the spot and M/Cycle rider Sh Bhal Chand S/O Sh Vidya Dev R/O Rallu PO Rampur Tehsil Nirmand, Distt Kullu injured. The case is being investigating by HC Janak Raj  I/O PS Rampur.

    

2. A Burglary Case FIR No 34/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 20.06.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC & 3 PDP Act on the application of Sh. Jai Singh Patwari Patwar circle Thana Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging therein that in the intervening night on 19/20.06.14 some unknown person had broken the door of Patwar Khana & tored the revenue record i.e. Latha,Jamabandi, Intkal & also stolen the latha Sajra & Chak Sajri.  The case is being investigating by HHC Harpal Singh I/O PS Chirgaon.

    

3. An Accident Case FIR No 24/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 20.06.2014 U/S 279,304A IPC on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 20.06.14 he along with staff were on patrolling duty at Gumma then they received a phone that one accident took place near Keeth Village. On this information they went to Keeth village and found that one vehicle No. HP-07C-1478 fell down from the road and two person died in this accident. The case is being investigating by SI/SHO PS Kotkhai.

    

4. An Accident Case FIR No 38/14 is registered at PS Jhakhri on 20.06.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Kumari Puja D/O Sh. Bader Singh R/O Quarter No.33/34 near old guest house Jhakhri Tehsil Rampur alleging therein that on 20.06.14 she went to school in SJVNL Bus No.HP-06-1550 along with other students, when they reached near Maglad driver Ravinder Singh hit the bus in the Hill side (Dhank) and some students injured in this accident. The case is being investigating by ASI Bhoop Singh I/O PS Jeori.

    

5. A Burglary Case FIR No70/14 is registered at PS East today i.e. on 21.06.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC that he was not present at home from 16-06-2014 to 20-06-2014.On 20-06-2014 when he came to his house then found that some unknown person had stolen away Gold/Silver ornaments & cash Rs. 8,000/- by breaking the  lock of his house. The case is being investigating by HC Shiv Kumar I/O PP Kasumpti.

    

    

6. During last 24 hours 257 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. 09 person's challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of compounding fee of challan is Rs. 29,400/-.
