1. An accident causing hurt endangering life case FIR No 4014 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 07-06-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Ruka of HC Gobind Singh I/o PP Sainj alleging therein that on 08-06-2014 an unknown call received at PP Sainj who has stated that one vehicle No HP 03D- 0613 A Star rolled down on the road of NH 5.In which 5 person namely Mr Tashi ,Vijay Negi, Dolma Negi Laxmi and Santosh Negi have sustained injuries who are admitted in CHC Kumarsain. This accident is caused rush and negligent driving by the above vehicle driver. Case is being investigated by I/O PP Sainj.
2. Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapon case FIR No 76/14 is registered at PS Theog on 08-06-2014 U/S 324,506,34 IPC on the complaint of Mr. Prakesh Rajata R/o village Kolvi kyar P.O Nagan The. KotkhaI alleging therein that on 08-06-2014 when he was going with his bus No HP 63 C -2122 from Kalbog to Shimla .When he reached at Theog. In the mean time Mr Sohan Lal and his other partners came in to his bus and asking reg. loading of Pease bags, and with out any cause they beaten him and threaten or caused hurt by dangerous weapon. In which he sustained injuries The case is being investigated by I/O PS Theog.
3. An Accident case FIR 63/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 08-06-2014 U/S 279,337,304 A IPC
On the statement of Lakh Raj S/o Sh. Ram Lal R/o Pagri Tehsil & PS Gando disstt. Doda J&K alleging therein that on 07-06-2014 He and Amrish Kumar ,Suresh Kumar, Ram Parsad Etc. loaded 500 iron Pipes in the vehicle No HP 63- 5261 Escher from IPH Nogli to Kungal Balti at about 7.15 PM when they reached Nankhari ,the driver Mohan Singh Loose the control of vehicle and met with accident. In this accident 4 persons died on the spot and 5 persons have got sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by the I/O PS Rampur.
4. During last 24 hours 211 vehicles were Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act The total amount of compounding fee of Challan is Rs 31500/-
