1. A case of wrongful restraint is registered at Police Station Sadar on 08.02.2013 u/s 341, 323, 34 IPC that on 07.02.2013 at about 10.00 PM, complaint alongwith his colleague was going to hotel Willows Bank after having dinner at Shimla Club. When they reached near Hotel Rock Sea, 3/4 unknown persons wrongfully restrained them and beat them.
2. A case of cruelty by husband and relatives is registered at Police Station West, Shimla on 09.02.2013 u/s 498-A IPC that the complainant was married to a person at village Salana, Shimla in the year 2012. Since her marriage her husband, her father-in-law and 2 sisters of her husband have been harassing and torturing the complainant for dowry.
3. A house trespass case is registered at Police Station Jubbal on 08.02.2013 u/s 451, 323, 34 IPC that on 08.02.2013, when the complainant was in his hotel at Kharapathar, 2 persons entered his hotel and beat him.
