CRIME REPORT 3 FEB

1.      A cheating & Forgery case is registered at Police Station Rampur on 02/02/2013 U/S 420,467,468 that the complainant gave 2 photos and 2 photocopies of his Adhar Card & Voter card as his identity proof to the retailer of Airtel at Chuhabag (Rampur) to issue him 2 SIMs of Airtel company.  Later on  the complainant came to know that the above retailer issued 2 SIMs 9882144887 & 9882146462  to some unknown by using the ID proofs of the complainant.

2.      A case of unlawful restraint is registered at Police Station Dhalli on 02-02-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC that on 31-01-13 at about 8. 00 PM, when the complainant was going to his home alongwith his mother, his brother unlawfully restrained him and beat him.   

3.      A vehicle accident case is registered at Police Station Dhalli on 03.02.2013 u/s 279,304(A) IPC that on 02.02.2013, a vehicle No. HP36A-6602, Mahindra Pick-up, which was going from Basantpur towards Rampur, met with an accident near Katechi Mod (Newal) and the driver of said vehicle died on the spot. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above vehicle

4.       A vehicle accident case is registered at Police Station Dhalli on 03.02.2013 u/s 279 IPC that on 03.02.2013, the complainant alongwith friends was playing cricket at SPM School Ground. About 2.00 PM they heard a noise of collusion of vehicles on the road. On visiting the the spot they found that the driver of vehicle No. HP03 (T)-4147 hit two vehicles bearing Nos. HP51-3583 Maruti car and HP09A-3688 A/Star. The driver of  vehicle No. HP03(T)-4147  ran away from the spot.

5.      A case under Disfigurement Act 1985 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 03.02.2013 u/s 3 of Disfigurement Act that 03.02.2013 at 1.10 PM, during patrolling the posters of Brain Sharpe Coaching Institute Nantas Destinations BCS Shimla were found pasted on the walls of Rain Shelter at BCS.

6.      A case under Disfigurement Act 1985 is registered at Police Station New Shimla on 03.02.2013 u/s 3 of Disfigurement Act that 03.02.2013 at 13.00 PM, during patrolling the posters of Vintage Himachals No. 1 Academy for Coaching, Chhota Shimla were found pasted on the walls of Rain Shelter at BCS.
