1. A THEFT case is registered at Police Station West, Shimla on 05-02-13 U/S 379 IPC that during the intervening night of 04/05-02-13, some unknown person stole away vehicle Maruti 800 No. HP52A-0983 of complainant from Kachi Ghati.
2. A vehicle ACCIDENT case is registered at Police Station East, Shimla on 06-02-13 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 185 MV Act that on 05-02-13 at about 9:30 PM, the complainant was going to Mehli with his neighbor in vehicle No. HP-52A-0202 and when they reached Mehli, the driver of vehicle No. HP-63-5717 hit above vehicle, in which his neighbor sustained injury. This accident took place due to rash and negligent driving by the driver of above vehicle.
