1. A THEFT case is registered at Police Station Theog on 20-02-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kanshi Ram HPSEB Chailla alleging therein that on 18-02-12, some unknown person stole away the copper coil from 25 KVA transformer installed at Gahnali Bagain, Chailla. The cost of stolen property is Rs. 15000/- approximately.
2. A WRONGFUL RESTRAINT case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 20-02-13, U/S 341, 323 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Kimta S/o Late Sh. Mukand Kimta R/o Kimta Niwas, Vill Rangyan, PO Bhount, Teh & Distt Shimla, alleging therein that on 20-02-13 at 6:30 PM, when the complainant was going his home and reached near Keshu Dhaba Rangyan, one person namely Banti wrongfully restrained and beat him.
3. Accused Mukesh @ Happy, who was arrested on 17.02.2013 in case FIR No. 20/13 u/s 379, 419, 420, 406 IPC registered at Police Station Dhalli and was remanded to Police custody upto 23.02.2013 by Ld. Court. During the course of investigation one golden Ring, Mobile, Jacket and Cheque Book have been recovered from him.
4. During last 24 hours, 195 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act for the violation of Traffic Rules and 9 persons were challaned under COPTA (Cigarette and Other Tobacco Product Act, 2003).
