CRIME REPORT 2 FEB

1.      A case under excise act is registered at Police Station Rampur 01/02/2013 U/S 61-1-14 Ex Act that 288 bottles of Country liquor were recovered by police at Taklech, Rampur during patrolling.

2.      A Cruelty by husband case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 01/02/13 U/S 498A, 34 IPC  on the statement of a lady that she was married in the years 2012. After marriage, her Husband, Mother in Law, Father in Law and Sister in Law started to harass her physically and mentally.

3.      A Prevention of disfigurement Act case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 01-02-13  u/s 3 HP Open Places Prevention of Disfigurement Act 1985 that on 01-02-13 at 6.15 p.m, during patrolling poster of Vintage “Himachal No. 1, Academy” were found pasted on the walls of old ISBT tunnel, Shimla.

4.      A Prevention of disfigurement Act case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 01-02-13  u/s 3 HP Open Places Prevention of Disfigurement Act 1985 that on 01-02-13 at 6.25 p.m,  during patrolling posters of BRAIN SHAPER'S Coaching Institute were found pasted on the walls of old ISBT tunnel, Shimla.

5.      A Prevention of disfigurement Act case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 01-02-13  u/s 3 HP Open Places Prevention of Disfigurement Act 1985 that on 01-02-13 at 6.15 p.m, during patrolling posters of Institute for Banking Service Pvt. Ltd. on the walls of old ISBT tunnel, Shimla.

 

6.      A Burglary attempt case is registered at Police Station Sadar Shimla on 02/02/13 U/S 457,511 IPC that during the intervening night of 1/2-2-2013, some unknown persons made attempts to break the ATM of PNB, on The Mall, Shimla. Later on going through the video recording inside the ATM it was revealed that no such attempt was made by anybody. 

7.      A cheating and theft case is registered at Police Station Theog on 02.02.2013 u/s 380, 420 IPC that on 29-01-2013, when he went to uco Bank Theog to withdraw money, he found that some unknown person has withdrawn Rs. 106000/- by using his ATM card. 

8.      A case of unlawful RESTRAINT is registered at Police Station Dhalli on 01-02-13 U/S 341, 323, 34 IPC on 01-02-13 at about 4-30 PM, when the complainant reached Mashobra in his car No. DL3C-6423, he was unlawfully restrained by the driver of Pickup No. HP63-2105 and beaten him.

9.      A Theft Case is Registered at Police Station East Shimla on 01-02-13 U/S 379 & 25 Indian Telegraph Act on The complaint of Sh. Hari Parkash Gupta JTO BSNL Exchange Sanjauli Shimla that during the intervening night of 30/31-01-13, some unknown persons stolen away  350 pairs cable wire between Navbahar & horticulture office Chhota Shimla.
