Crime Report on Nov. 04, 2018


1. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 321/18 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 03.11.2018 U/S 279 337 309 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Nek Raj S/o Lt. Sh. Mathu Ram R/o Village Baghali, PO Badehri, Tehsil & District Shimla, age 58 years A/P Posted as Mate in HP PWD Division Dhami Sub-Division at Totu. About 15 labourers are working with him at Badehari on Totu- Nalagarh road. On 03.11.2018 at about 04-00 PM, when his labourers was remove the debris from the road, at the same time one vehicle No. HP33E(T) 9496 (Zest) came rashly with negligent driving and hit a labourer namely Tek Ram and he fell down on the drain. Above vehicle run away from the spot towards Badehari. When they making noise, driver stopped his vehicle about 500 meter ahead and they rushed towards car and found that two persons who told their names as Raju (Car driver) S/o Sh. Shonku Ram R/o Village Chauranti, PO Pahal, Tehsil Sunni, Shimla and Parmod S/o Sh. Mangat Ram R/o New Shimla, age 31 years, were sit inside the car in influence of alcohol. On their complaint, Police reached on the spot, in between driver of above vehicle run away from the spot and jumped from the road into deep trench with the intention to commit suicide. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, I/C PP Jutough.
2.  AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 322/18 has been registered at PS West Shimla on 04.11.2018 U/S 279 337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Devender Kumar Thakur S/o Sh. Ram Lal Thakur R/o Village Jablog, PO Rauri, Tehsil & District Shimla, age 42 years alleging therein that on 03.11.2018 at about 09-30 PM, one vehicle met with an accident & rolled down about 300 meter from the road near village Bharoi.  In this accident, one person namely Sanjeev S/o Lt. Sh. Shankar Lal R/o Village Banuti, PO Rauri, Shimla died on the way to hospital and Sh. Om Prakash S/o Lt. Sh. Vijay Ram R/o Village Ram Nagar, Shimla sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Devi Ram, I/C PP Jutogh, Shimla.
3.  AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 131/18 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 03.11.2018 U/S 279 337 IPC in which complainant stated that he alongwith Manohar Singh & Arun Jaryal on 03.11.2018 at about 02-30 PM, he was coming to Shimla from Kufri in vehicle No. HP63A-4231. As he reached near Chhrabara, at the same time a Santro Car No. CH01Y-1364 driven by Chander Mohan R/o Prem Nagar Chopal, came rashly with negligent driving and hit with his vehicle, sustained injuries to the passessenger of both vehicle. The case is being investigated by SI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Dhalli.
4.  During last 24 hours 353 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 86,  fine realized Rs. 38,600/- and 03 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 300/-.
FOLLOW UP:
1.  Accused Ramesh Verma S/o Sh. Mast Ram Verma R/o Village Jandal Kiar, Kandru, Tehsil Theog, Distrit Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 217/18 Dt. 31.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
2.  Accused Ajay Kumar @ Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Janpur R/o Village Thana, PO Mandal, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 20.10.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS Jubbal, is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
3.  Accused Harish S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Dewarighat, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 218/18 Dt. 02.11.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Theog,  is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
4.  Accused Jitender S/o Sh. Jaipal R/o Village Kabadi, PO Rohat, Tehsil & PS Kharkhoda, District Sonipal, Haryana, arrested in case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 02.09.2018 U/S 407 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in police custody upto 06.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
5.  Accused Kuldeep S/o Lt. Sh. Ramdhan R/o Village Basaudi, PO Badoli, Tehsil Sonipat, Haryana, arrested in case FIR No. 93/18 Dt. 02.09.2018 U/S 407 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in police custody upto 06.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
