Crime Report on Nov. 02, 2018

1.  A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 163/18 has been registered at PS Rampur on 02.11.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Jaswant Gupta, I/O PS Rmapur alleging therein that on 01.11.2018 at about 05-35 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff near Bazirbawari, 74 Gram Charas has been recovered from the possession of Dushyant S/o Sh. Dev Raj R/o Village Dharot, PO Jaon, Tehsil Nirmand, Kullu, age 24 years. The case is being investigated by HC Jaswant Gupta No. 230, I/O PS Rampur.

2. A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 102/18 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 01.11.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act PS Chirgaon has been registered on the rukka of HC Vishan Nainta No 88, I/O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 01.11.2018 at about 11-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff at Gaad near Sadansu, one person namely Kamal S/o Sh. Surender Dev R/o Village & PO Khashdhar, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla, age 23 years intercepted by them and ruing the search,  3.81 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Vishal Nainta No. 88, I/O PS Chirgaon. 

3.   A GAMBLING ACT: Case FIR No. 124/18 has been registered at PS Chopal today on 02.11.2018 U/S 13 The Public Gambling Act on the rukka of Insp. Hari Singh, SHO PS Chopal, Shimla alleging therein that today on 02.11.2018 at 02-15 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, 08 persons apprehended by them during playing gambling with cards in the forest area near Lankarveer and seized Rs. 14,400/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by Insp./SHO PS Chopal.   

4.  During last 24 hours 372 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 153,  fine realized Rs. 69,800/- and 17 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,700/-.

1.  Accused i) Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram R/o Village Kasha PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla ii) Jagdish S/o Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No.158/18 Dt. 27.10.2018 U/S 20,29,60 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur, are remanded in police custody upto 03.11.2018, by the Ld Court.

2.  Accused i) Ganga Ram S/o Sh. Prem Singh R/o  House No. 24-25, Gali No.-14, Madorband Extension,PO Badarpur, District South, Delhi & ii) Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Manohar Lal R/o House No. 24-25, Gali No.-14, Madorband Extension,PO Badarpur, District South, Delhi, arrested in case FIR No. 215/18 U/S 366, 34 IPC at PS Theog, today release on bail by the Ld. Court.

3.  Accused Ramesh Verma S/o Sh. Mast Ram Verma R/o Village Jandal Kiar, Kandru, Tehsil Theog, Distrit Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 217/18 Dt. 31.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.

4.  Accused Dushyant S/o Sh. Dev Raj R/o Village Dharot, PO Jaon, Tehsil Nirmand, Kullu, age 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 163/18 Dt. 02.11.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act PS Rampur, is remanded in judicial custody by the Ld. Court.

5.  Accused Ajay Kumar @ Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Janpur R/o Village Thana, PO Mandal, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 20.10.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS Jubbal, are remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
