Crime Report on Nov. 03, 2018

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 218/18 has been registered at PS Theog on 02.11.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sanjay Kumar, I/O PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.11.2018 at about 07-30 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Harish S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Dewarighat, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla intercepted by them near Sariwan Curve and during the search 4 Gram Chitta (Heroin) recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay Kumar No. 120, I/O PS Theog.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 103/18 has beenr registered at PS Chirgaon on 02.11.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI/SHO PS Chirgaon alleging therein that on 02.11.2018 at about 05-40 PM, during patrolling alongwith staff, one person namely Prem Khatri S/o Sh. Buda  R/o Village Linga, PO Khalnga, Anchal Rapti Nepal A/P working as a labourer with Purshotam Singh R/o Village Diswani, Tehsil Chirgaon, Shimla apprehended by them near Diswani Bridge and during the search 12 Bottles of Country liquor has been recovered from his possession. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chirgaon.

3.    AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 110/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 02.11.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Jhakri alleing therein that on 02.11.2018, during patrolling alongwith staff, 17 Bottles of Country liquor has been recovered from the possession of Mohan Singh S/o Sh. Gopal Singh R/o Villoage Koshgar PO Majhewali, Tehsil Rampur District Shimlal. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Jhakri.

4.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 246/18 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on 02.11.2018 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Madan Lal, I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla alleging therein that on 02.11.2018, he alongwith staff was on patrolling towards Longwood, Bharari etc. At about 08-30 PM, on the secret information, a raid has been conducted in the shop of Ramesh Kumar S/o Lt. Sh. Ami Chand R/o Kodumal Building, Upper Bharari, Shimla and  recovered 10 Bottles of English & 03 Bottles of Country liquor from his possession. The case is being  investigated by I/C PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.

5.   A CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST: Case FIR No. 98/18 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 02.11.2018 U/S 407 IPC o9n the statement of Sh. Kishori Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Joban Dass R/o Village Shilar PO Nandpur Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla stated therein that on 19.09.2018, he loaded 285 full & 179 Half Boxes of Royal, 64 full & 64 half boxes of Golden in Truck No. HR45C-6209 and sent to Dinesh Prog. PFT Ahmedabad. But the above truck was not reached at the destination till now. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan La, I/C PP Sarswati nagar, Jubbal. 

6.   During last 24 hours 463 vehicles were challaned under Motor Vehicle Act, Compounded= 193,  fine realized Rs. 88,400/- and 25 Persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2800/-.

1.  Accused i) Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Sewa Ram R/o Village Kasha PO Kandi, Tehsil Rampur, Shimla ii) Jagdish S/o Sh. Charan Dass R/o Village Shah, PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No.158/18 Dt. 27.10.2018 U/S 20,29,60 ND&PS Act at PS Rampur, are remanded in judicial custody by the Ld Court.

2.  Accused Ramesh Verma S/o Sh. Mast Ram Verma R/o Village Jandal Kiar, Kandru, Tehsil Theog, Distrit Shimla, age 30 years, arrested in case FIR No. 217/18 Dt. 31.10.2018 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at PS Theog, is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.

3.  Accused Ajay Kumar @ Rajinder Singh S/o Sh. Janpur R/o Village Thana, PO Mandal, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, 24 years, arrested in case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 20.10.2018 U/S 379 IPC at PS Jubbal, is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.

4.  Accused Harish S/o Sh. Jeet Ram R/o Village Dewarighat, Tehsil Theog, District Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 218/18 Dt. 02.11.2018 U/S 21 ND&PS Act at PS Theog,  is remanded in police custody upto 05.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.

5.  Accused Jitender S/o Sh. Jaipal R/o Village Kabadi, PO Rohat, Tehsil & PS Kharkhoda, District Sonipal, Haryana, arrested in case FIR No. 94/18 Dt. 02.09.2018 U/S 407 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in police custody upto 06.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.

6.  Accused Kuldeep S/o Lt. Sh. Ramdhan R/o Village Basaudi, PO Badoli, Tehsil Sonipat, Haryana, arrested in case FIR No. 93/18 Dt. 02.09.2018 U/S 407 420 IPC at PS Kumarsain, is remanded in police custody upto 06.11.2018, by the Ld. Court.
