Crime Report on 10 Jan. 2018

1. A TRESPASS: Case FIR No. 04/18 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 10.01.2018 U/S 451, 323, 504, 506, 427, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Pritam Sing R/o Village Baldoga PS Bnagana Distt. Una A/P Salesman L-14 Wine Shop at Maghara alleging therein that on the intervening night of 09/10.01.2018 at about 02-20 AM, 3/4 persons namely Kuldeep, Kukusi @ Kuldeep and Ajju illegally entered in his shop by breaking the door and beaten him brutally. They have broken the 10 bottles of country liquor & 6 bottles of Beer and also threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PP Sarahan.
2. A THEFT: Case FIR No. 06/18 has been registered at PS Theog today on 10-01-2018 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Jiwan Lal Assistant Engineer, Electrical Sub-Division HPSEBL Theog alleging therein that today 250 KVA transformer has been stolen by unknown person at Aloo Tikkar Stage-II. The case is being investgated by HC Aadarsh Kumar I.O PS Theog.
3. A THEFT: case FIR No. 07/18 has been registered at PS East today on 10-01-2018 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Narpat Ram R/o Vill Radog PO Manlog Kalan Tehsil Nalagarh Distt. Solan alleging therein that on 06-01-2018 he had parked his brother Motorcycle No. HP 12(T) 1951 (Pulsar) at Dochi near his residence. On next morning when he was going to duty he found that some unknown person has stolen away the motorcycle. The case is being investigated by HC Parmod I.O PP Kasumpti.
4. During last 24 hours 184 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 109 fine realized Rs. 46,700/- and 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,600/-.
