1. A ND&PS Act Case FIR NO 22/15 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 20.05.2015 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS ACT, on the rukka of ASI Pratap Singh I/O PS Chopal stated that on dtd 19.05.2015 when he alongwith staff went to search the accused of case FIR NO. 14/15 towards sarain Lingzar. As he reached at Mindoli village he found the cultivation of opium(273 plants) in the field of Mehar Singh S/O Sh. Kumbia R/O Vill. Mindoli but he could not produce any Permit/License about the cultivation of opium. The case is being investigated by ASI/I.O. Pratap Singh PS Chopal.
2. An Excise Act Case FIR NO 117/15 has been registered at PS West on dated 20.05.2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act, on the rukka of ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West stated that today he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Tutikandi. When he reached Nr HRTC Patrol Pump he recovered 96 bottles of High Speed Whisky from Dvr Sanjeev Kumar & Conductor Ajay Kumar Bus NO. CH-04H-6056. The case is being investigated by ASI Mast Ram I/O PS West.
3. During the last 24 hours total 132 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 challan under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 49 and fine realized Rs 31,600/-.
