Crime Report May 21, 2015

1. An Accident case FIR No. 26/15 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 21-05-15 u/s 279,337,304A,IPC and 187 MV Act on the statement of Rajesh Kumar S/o Heera Lal R/o Vill. Nair Tehsil and Distt Hamirpur stated therein that on 20-05-15 at about 09-15 PM one Pick Up No. HP 63A-1135 met with an accident Himfed Godown Kharapathar due to negligent driving of the driver Laxman Singh Nepali. In this accident Ramu age 24 years old died on the spot and other three Nepali sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Laiq Ram Chauhan, SHO PS Jubbal.

2. An Accident case FIR No 43/15 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 20-5-15 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the Statement of Sh Leela Nand S/o lt Sh Perma Nand R/o Vill Sheel PO Chekul Tehsil Kumarsain stated theirin that on 20-5-2015 at about 05-45 AM when Dharmesh was going to his home Bag in his vehicle No. HP 63-6511 said vehicle met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Dharmesh S/o Shyam lal R/o vill Bag PO Pandoha Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla and rolled down 450 feet from the road. In this accident driver of vehicle Ramesh died. The case is being Investigated By ASI Lachhi ram I/O P.S Kumarsain.

3. A Mischief by wrongfully diverting water case FIR NO 83/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 20-05-2015 U/S 430 IPC on the complaint of Sh Shoba Ram S/O Sh Chet Ram VPO Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 20-05-15 Harish Gupta diminution/obstruct the supply of the drinking water of his house. The case is being investigated by HC Yoginder I.O PS Rampur.

4. A Grievous injury  case FIR No. 62/15 has been registered at PS Theog on 20-05-15 U/S 341,323,324 IPC on the statement of Sh. Shyam Lal S/o late Sh. Ram Dyal R/o Vill Daiyar PO Badog Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 20-05-15 some labourer working at Badog Dobba road stopped the way of his brother Nand lal, beaten and broken his teeth. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar I.O PS Theog.

5. During the last 24 hours total 152 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded = 54 and fine realized Rs 22,200/-.

1. Accused Sandeep Mehta S/O Sh. Sohan Singh R/O Village Jhina, PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla age 44 years, has been arrested in case FIR No. 14/15 Dt. 12.03.2015 U/S 302,147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 354, 364, 436, 506, IPC PS Chopal, is on police remand upto 25.05.2015.

2. Accused Kamal @ Hani S/o Sh. Balvinder Singh R/o Village Harit Langer, PO  Dangar PS Bharari, Tehsil Ghumarwin Distt. Bilaspur age 23 year has been arrested in case FIR No 28/14 Dt. 03.05.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC PS Sunni, today sent to judicial remand for 14 days.

3. Accused  Sanjeev Kumar S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Vill. Bhanalag PO Oddi, PS & Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla Age- 30 years & Ajay Kumar S/o Sh. Bali Ram R/o Vill. Bhanalag PO Oddi PS & Tehsil Kumarsain Distt. Shimla Age- 18 years, presently Driver & conductor in Bus No. Bus NO. CH-04H-6056, have been arrested in case FIR No. 117/15 Dt. 20-5-2015 U/S 39 HP Excise Act  PS West, is on police remand upto 22.05.2015.
