An Accident case FIR No. 07/15 has been registered at PS Kupvi today i.e. 28.05.2015 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep Negi S/o Sh. Sant Ram R/o Village Bodhna, Tehsil Chopal, Shimla stated therein that today he alongwith Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Sita Ram, Dinesh @ Mittu S/o Sh. Jeevan Ram, Nikhil S/o Sh. Sheesh Ram were going to Balu Kupvi from Chopal in vehicle No. CH-03B-2304 (M/car). When they reached near Sainj, above vehicle met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Deepak Kumar. In this accident Dinesh @ Mittu died and other persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ashok Kumar, I/O PP Kupvi.
A House Trespass case FIR No 61/15 has been registered at PS Jhakri today i.e. 28.05.2015 U/S 451,323 IPC on the application of Smt. Tarkali W/O Sh Chet Ram R/O Village Khudna, PO Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 27.05.2015 at about 6.30 PM, when she was alone at home her courtyard, at the same time her brother-in-law namely Mast Ram S/O Jiwanu Ram trespassed her courtyard and beaten her. The case is being investigating by ASI Sher Singh I/O PS Jhakri .
During the last 24 hours total 266 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 09 Persons challan under Smoking Act and 01 challaned under Mining Act. Total Challan compounded = 136 and fine realized Rs 41,900/-.
