Crime Report 07 May, 2015

1. A Burglary case FIR NO. 75/15 has been registered at PS Rampur on 06.05.2015 U/S. 454, 380 IPC on the complaint  of Smt. Sonia w/o Sh. Ajay Kumar R/o near Leelawati Hospital Khaneri Rampur alleging therein that on 06.05.2015, some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen away her gold ornaments i.e. Mangal Sutra, Banggles, Ear ring. The case is being investigated by Insp. Mathura Dass, PS Rampur. 
2. An Accident case FIR No. 31/15 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 07.05.2015  U/S 279,337,427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ashish Kumar S/o Sh. Suresh kumar  R/o Village Jarkot, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla stated therein that on 06.05.2015, a vehicle No.  HP-10A- 4717 (Bolero Camper)  hit his motorcycle  No HP-10A-5036 at Navi Masli and damaged his motorcycle.  In this accident he alongwith his friend sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rukkam Chand I/O PS Chirgaon.
3. An Accident case FIR No. 80/15 has been registered at PS Sadar today i.e. 07.05.2015 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187  MV Act on the complaint of  Mr. Ram Rattan Sharma R/O Holly Day Home Shimla stated therein that today he was going  with his elder brother namely Ram Kishore Sharma  from Hotel HHH to Old bus Stand Shimla on foot. At about 09.30 PM, when they reached near Panchayat Bhawan, slightly ahead one vehicle No. HP-07D-1003 (Blue Car) came rashly and hit him and ran away from the spot. In this accident, he sustained injuries. The car hit the driver side of the car took the tunnel.
4. During the last 24 hours total 151 vehicles Challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act. Total Challan compounded =82 and fine realized Rs 74,500/-
