A Theft Case FIR No 123/13 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 22-12-2013 U/S 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Ram Lal Sharma S/o late Sh. Nandu Ram Sharma R/o Vill. Loshta, PO Kotgarh, Teh. Kumarsain, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that one Nepali labourar Tikka Ram working in his orchard, on 8-12-2013 he stolen away two Seizure of falco seven & five, one knife and some rice & flour etc. Total value of stolen property is Rs. 10,105/-. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj I/O PS K/sain.
During last 24 hours 33 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 13 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 7100/-.
