CRIME REPORT 22 DECEMBER

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 206/13 is registered at PS Dhalli on 21-12-13 U/S 279,337 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Atender Pandit S/o Sh. Parkash Pandit R/o Vill.  Daswan, P.O Dughai, Tehsil Tumkuiraj, P.S Bishanpura, Distt. Kushi Nagar (UP) A/P Rahat Mehal Mashobra, alleging therein that on 21-12-2013 at about 10.05PM a Pick-up No. HP63-1239 met with an accident near Mashobra. Due to rash & negligence of driver Tota Ram @ Daleep fell down about 100 mtrs.. In which two persons got injured and one person namely Kanhiya Lal died on spot. The case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh I/O P.P Mashobra.

2. During last 24 hours 93 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 01 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. & 07 challaned under Police Act.  The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 11,100/-.
