CRIME REPORT 09 DECEMBER

  1. An Accident Case FIR No. 58/13 is registered at PS Jhakri on 08-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of  Sh. Bhanu  Pratap S/o Sh. Mohan Lal R/o Vill. Majhewali, PO Dofda, Tehsil Rampur, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that while he was going in his motor cycle towards Jeori, one Motor Cycle Rider coming from opposite side hit him with his bike bearing No. HP-34A-8605 near  Manglad  Khad, result of which caused injuries to both riders and are admitted in MGMSC  Khaneri. The case is  being investigated by ASI Narender Singh, I/O PS Jhakri.

  2. An Accident  Case FIR No. 175/13 is registered at PS Theog on  08-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Amar Singh S/o Sh. Sunder Lal R/o Vill. Satal, PO Stog, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 06-12-13 when he came back to home from Chandigarh alongwith  Dvr. Madan Lal S/o Sh. Nek Ram R/o Vill. Kadrar, PO Cheog, Teh. Theog in pick -up No. HP 63B-1224,  at about 3.30 pm when they reached near Karothi Nala Dvr.  Madan Lal lost control on vehicle and fell down 50/60 mtrs. from the road. In this accident they both got injured. This accident occurred due to rash and negligence driving of Dvr.  Madan Lal.  The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram, I/O PP Fagu.

  3. A Cheating Case FIR No. 76/13 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 09-12-13 U/S 419,420,379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Devinder Singh S/o Sh. Bansi Lal R/o Vill. Amboi, Teh. Chirgaon,  Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 26-09-13 one Sh. Sain Singh S/o Sh. Surma Singh R/o Vill. Nakorpo Arakot  Uttrakhand cheated him and told that he is   CID Inspector and took  Rs. 20000/- & also stolen   Rs.20000/-  from the  bag of  his son  at Shimla. Accused person also cheated  another persons  Mr. Kishore Kumar by taking Rs.  30000/- & Tisli Ram by taking Rs. 8000/- . The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand, I/O PS Chirgaon.

  4. During last 24 hours 124 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 12 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 17,600/-.
