CRIME REPORT 19 DECEMBER

1. An Accident Case FIR No. 55/13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 19-12-13 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Gian Chand S/o Sh. Kamla Nand R/o Vill. Kashyali, PO Larot, Teh. Chirgoan, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that on 18-12-13 when he went from Kharshali to Sarain, Teh. Chopal alongwith Surinder and Dula Ram in his vehicle No. HP-63-0693 Bolero Camper, when they reached near Bhatti nala at 12.20 am above vehicle met with an accident. Due to rash & negligence of driver this vehicle fell down 15-20 mtrs. Both sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kalyan Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.

2. An Indian Forest Act Case FIR No. 54/13 13 is registered at PS Nerwa on 18-12-13 U/S 447, 34 IPC & 32, 33 IF Act on the written complaint of Sh. Bhim Singh, B.O. Forest, Neol Tikkri, alleging therein that accused person Pardhan Jai Dutt, Vice Pradhan Duni Chand Panday, Secretary Gian Chauhan, Cashier Smt. Tara Chauhan, Member Khumb Dass and Kewal Ram have constructed  road  from Nelthi Khad to Meanuti, Kiran, Thangar and Bogdhaar in Gram Panchyat Kiran and further construction was   allotted by D.C. Shimla under B.D.O. Chopal during  the year 2009-2010 to 2011-2012 as per the demarcation report Naib Tehsildar Forest Division Shimla, they have encroached govt. Land Meanuti U.P.F Sheelgaon, Thithawalli  &  Kandakhai D.P.F on  1-04-71 hec.. The Case  is  being investigated by SHO PS Nerwa.

3. A Theft Case FIR No. 61/13 is registered at PS Kotkhai on  19-12-13 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vishal Paterwal, Assistant Engineer Electricity Sub Division HPSEB Ltd. Kotkhai, alleging therein that on 18-12-2013 some unknown persons have stolen away Copper wire from 25 kva/.4 kv transformer at Kalemoo. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal, I/O PS Kotkhai.

4. A Theft Case FIR No. 236/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 19-12-13 U/S 379 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhushan Sharma S/o Sh. Babu Ram, Criminal Ahlmud Court No. 3 Shimla, alleging therein that during intervening night of 16/17-12-13 some unknown person has stolen away one Tyre and some Petrol from his  Maruti Car  No. HP 52A- 2974 near Auckland Tunnel Lakkar Bazar Shimla. The Case is being investigated by HC Raj Pal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.

5. During last 24 hours 182 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 13 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. 01 challaned under Mining Act & 01 challaned under  Police Act.  The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 26,300/-.
