A Cheating Case FIR No. 176/13 is registered at PS Theog on 10-12-13 U/S 409, 420, 468, 471 IPS on the application of Sh. Prakash Kalta Pradhan, GP Kuthar, Teh. Theog, Distt. Shimla, alleging therein that Narender Lal when he was Panchayat Secretary Kuthar had withdrawn about 3/3.50 lakhs from the accounts of Gram Panchyant Kuthar by way of cheating and putting false signature. The case is being investigated by HC Shariffudin, I/O PP Deha.
A Theft Case FIR No. 229/13 is registered at PS Sadar on 10-12-13 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Indian Telegraphic Act. on the on line complaint of Sh. Durga Dutt Verma S/o Sh. Sita Ram Verma J.T.O., C.T.O The Mall Shimla, alleging therein that some unknown person has stolen 5 pair cable measuring approx.600 mtrs. from Mini Kuftadhar area and 20/10 pair cable measuring approx. 100 mtrs. from Padam Dev complex Ridge area on 08-12-2013 amounting to Rs.12600. The case is being investigated by HC Bala Ram, I/O P.S. Sadar.
During last 24 hours 224 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, 26 persons were challaned under Smoking Act. The total amount of Compounding fee of challans is Rs. 37,800/-.
